accounts accessing CUE? CLI/WEB How?

We have a handful of CME/CUE branch offices ranging from version 3.1 to 8.0.  The problem that Im having is creating a seperate admin account to administer the CUE.  Do I have to create a seperate "web account" and cli account?  Within the cli of my CUE module, I create an account, then logout and try to login with the new account and it denies access.  Anyone seen this or have experience with this?  Thanks

While installation of the CUE, you must have created n administrator account. You need to use that account to login to the CUE web oage for administration purposes. Any other user created in CUE cannot login to the web admin page for administration purposes.
