Hi,
i try to configure for our company a service-desk hotline as huntgroup. This works fine with random call routing.
Now, i want to configure a "process time" for the hunt group members.
Example (3 Users in hunt group)
now, the first member finished to call and have to make some additional tasks (e.g. generating a ticket). I want that new calls goes to member 2 and 3 and member 1 is blocked for call for e.g. 30 seconds or more.
I hope you understand want i want to do. Is there any way to configure it?

I'll assume you're asking about CUCM as you don't mention it, the answer is no, that would be a contact center feature you're asking for, you require UCCX or UCCE to do that.
Your only alternative is to have them log in and log out from the line group as necessary.

Hi,
As mentioned by Jaime, what you are asking for is called After Work Time which is a feature on Cisco contact center. This can't be provided by CUCM.
