9971 sip9971.9-4-2-13 Registered to CUCM 10.5(2) auto dialing

The 9971 which has two DN's is randomly auto dialing from the 2nd DN.  It always dials the speeddial.  Nothing that I know of triggers it.  

I notice that the highlighting on the phone randomly highlights the different DN's and then occasionally dials the only speed dial programmed on the phone.

It may not do it for a few days and then does it 2 or 3 times in a 15 minute period.

Try to do factory reset. If didn't work, upgrade phone firmware

There was a bug opened for this issue on 99XX , however it should be fixed in the version you are running

If only one phone is affected you can try a factory reset as suggested by Mohammed, else you should contact TAC for further investigation.
