Active Directory users not Syncing

Hello,

My Active directory is not sycing with CUCM, when i configured the LDAP it did'nt prompt any error , but when i do full sync nothing comes in call manager, i started the traces and attached is the trace, i dont know till where the trace is correct,

Anybody can help me to read the trace.

Is the Dirsync service activated and running on the Publisher? If yes, has it been restarted. Try restarting Dirsync service and then collect Dirsync logs, these logs that you have collected do not have any information. Also, verify the LDAP config using the following sample config
