We're running CUCM 8.5.1.11900-21. We have our users coming from LDAP (AD). A user had previously existed, but changed phone numbers. So about two days ago we updated the phone number in AD. We sync this OU every 6 hours. But the phone number is still wrong in the CUCM "Corporate Directory" (also on the end user page).
I ran a manual sync -- no errors, but the users phone number is still wrong.
New users (same OU) are getting added properly into CUCM, so I know the sync is working.
Anything else to check?

Which attribute are you using for the phone number? Is it telephoneNumber or ipPhone, you can see that on the directory integration, which one did you change?

telephoneNumber (on the General Tab of the AD interface).
