add Carrier access codes - need to send digits after call connected

Hi all

hope you can help.  need advice/solution from community.

have scenario where, users dial a national number.  once call connected, requires new telephone number to be sent.

first i dial:

0811288XXXX,

After call connects, IVR prompst for dialed number to have the carrier connect call.  reqauire to automatically add:

18777XXXXXX

have tried with dial peer to prefix number and add delay, tried with Overlap -Sending from CUCM and set ISDN se 0/0/0 as isdn overlap-recieving

Any possible solutions, has anyone else done this.  if so can you please pass solution to me
