Add features on 7800 series

Hi everybody,

I have a lot of phones 7800 series (7821) and when i press the down arrow, i have this message "Not configured"

How can i configure this arrow?

Are they configured through CME or CUCM? Also, what version are you working with?

They are configured through CUCM 9.1.

please can you explain? I have CUCM 9.1 and there is no phones 78xx. there are 39xx 69xx and 79xx

After using this package cmterm-78xx.10-1-1SR1-4.cop.sgn you can use phones 7800 series even on 9.1
