Add the 7800 phone on CUCM 8.6.2

Hello,

I want add the 7800 phone on CUCM 8.6.2 version.

There are conditions.

It is not to use the Device pack.

I want upload the only the CP 7800 firmware.

I know how to install the 7800 through the Qed file.

Where to download the Qed file?

Please help.

Sorry, no qed solution for this phone. You need to install the device pack on all servers (latest 8.6.2 device pack is preferred) and restart your cluster. You'll also need to install the locale file specific to your country if you need the user locale to be anything other than English.
