Adding a Speed Dial number to a Cisco CP-7841

I am trying to add a speed dial extension on a CP-7841 phone.  I have inputted the information through CUCM and the number is displayed on the phone.  On the association column I have "Line [2] - 1234 in p oncluster."  When I push the outside button (next to display), it just goes to a dial tone and doesn't dial out to the extension number.  Any ideas, please help???

I think you assigned a DN 1234 on button 2 and its not speed dial. It won't show as Line 2 for speed dial. The below screenshot is from my lab where I use second button as BLF speed dial for 201

You may  need to add speed dial  using modify button items .
