Hi, the quick fix would be to include these entries under global directory, if this is AD integrated you cannot add these as contacts, only as a user, that way the user will show up on the corporate directory.
Now that if you know a little about html, xml, asp and LDAP queries you can create your own corporate directory, you just need to modify the xmldirectoryinput.asp file to point to a custom directory.
