currently i have a range of DDI for 80 users.

according to my telco, if I subscribe to new DDI i cannot use the same range as all have been taken up.

they will provide me with a new range.

old range is 66xx xxxx.

new range is 62xx xxxx.

what configuration changes is require on the cucm ??

Hi,

If the call comes in via a CUBE / H323 gateway the you need to have dial peers in place on the gateway/cube with the new destination pattern 62.....  to be able to route the calls to cucm. On CUCM, either the same DN pattern will be assigned to phones or you can use a Translation pattern to modify it as per your requirement. Basically you can check the config in place for the 66xxxxxx pattern on your gateway and CUCM and just clone it by replacing it with 62xxxxxx.

In addition to what Manish mentions,

most/some providers are particular to what caller ID you send them so the dial peer towards your provider might need to change in terms of what caller ID it produces. most likely you will need to change what is already in place on the 'old' number range.
