Dear all,
I'm using CUCM 8.0(2) and i've configured Address Book Synchronizer to transfer contact from Window Address Book to Personal Directory of IP Phone. The dialing rule i used is using 9 as an access code to dial to PSTN. How to automatically add access code 9 when i dial a contact from Personal Directory?
