Admin Configurable Ringer parameter missing from CUCM 11.0.1

I have a number of 8851 phones registered to CallManager 11.0.1. I'm trying to control of the ringtone and the ability for users to set the ringtone from the administration console.  I've read about the "Admin Configurable Ringer" parameter, which is supposed to give this function.  However, this parameter is nowhere to be found in CUCM Administration.  There's a bug SCvb72477, but this doesn't give much in terms of resolution or workaround.   Anyone have any ideas?

Hi,

As per the bug you referred:

This bug refers to making this parameter configurable in CUCM and is an enhancement defect. it has no workaround as it means to make changes in the DB to have this option configurable on CUCM GUI.


As you are ver 11.0, you can upgrade your CUCM to ver 11.0(1.23057.2) which is an ES release and that shall take care of it.

You can open a TAC  case and request for that .iso image for the bug referred.
