Hello Gurus,
I have an ALGO 8180 SIP alerting device which show registered in CUCM but is not working. Can someone share any document/experinece where you got it working.
Please see the attachemnt where it shows as registrerd with the call manager.

How many Algo horns are out there? One for each garage?

Just one Horn to accomadate the horn as both phones are in the same garage. I contacted support via phone , left VM however they responded quickly to email. I'm leaning towards it's a limitation with the CUCM rather than the 8186 as multiple SIP devices can be registered.

What version of the firmware are you using? I can upgrade to the same version and see if it supports more than 1 extension for loud ringing. It isnt a limitation of the UCS, you assign extensions in UCS as you would any VoIP phone but the Algo unit can only be configured with 1 extension at a time per function, so 1 extension for paging, 1 extension for loud ringing.

Hi Amills - I've upgraded it to 4.1.3
Currently just one extension for ring no page. Wanting to add two additional ring extensions.
