Hi All
All my SCCP phones clocks seem to have changed time to 1 hour back 1 week early.
The SIP phones all seem to be OK.
We are running CUCM v11.5
How should I resolve this ?
I cannot afford to wait a week without changing it to the correct time

Check there the NTP Server source from, check NTP Settings sync status.
If CUCM is NTP Soruce post from CUCM

how is your CUCM/ Phone clock source from ?

It was manually set.
I tried creating a device pool and date/time group with NTP, it did not fix the issue.
I have logged a case with our third party, they said a DST fix is needed.

Have you checked if the ntp is correct on your CUCM?
