I have a customer who has a Analog phone shared with her IP Phone and when she answers the Analog phone she was wondering how to transfer that call to another extension. So I was researching this and could not find anything. They have a CCM 6.x I was wondering if this was possible or not.

I'm assuming the FXS port is MGCP controlled? If so, you should be able to use hookflash to transfer the call.

Thanks, I think the link you sent me is wrong, it's link for :"Converting a Cisco 7940/7960 CallManager Phone to a SIP Phone and the Reverse Process"
I don't see anything about hookflash transfer.
