I have a customer that is experiencing a problem with the Play/Record button being disabled (grayed out) for some Call Handler grreetings and I have not been able to figure out why. For example, out of about 8 differnet Call Handlers the Play/Record button is enabled for all greetings except for the Standard & Holiday greetings on one of the Call Handlers. Those greetings can be recorded/changed using Greetings Administrator, but not using the Play/Record button. This is on Unity Connection 7.0. Any ideas? Thanks

Are these custom or system Call Handlers? If system, what are the CH in question named?

I'm not on the customer's system at the moment and didn't write down the exact Call Handler name, but I know it is a custom Call Handler named something like:
After Hours Main Number
On this Call Handler the Play/Record button is enabled for the following greetings:
Closed
Internal
Busy
Alternate
...but disabled for the following:
Standard
Holiday
Plus there are other custom Call Handlers for which the Play/Record button is enabled for all Greetings. Additionally, for the Recorded Name the Play/Record button is enabled for all Call Handlers.
