Hello all,
I have to import new MOH recordings once a month, and I want them to apply to ALL phones in my system. It seems that the only way to get the recording to play is to set it on the directory exension itself. I should be able to leave the exention set to "<None>" and then set it using a template. I tried setting it in Common Device Configuration, but I continue to get the first MOH recording on the list (the generic Cisco default on hold music). The documentation is terribly vague when it comes to actually applying your recordings to the system.
How do you set your recordings?
Thanks,

The order on which MOH is configured and in precedence is:
1 Line level
2 Device level
3 Common Device Config
4 Enterprise parameters.
If you have this set in 1 and/or 2 the level 3 setting, CDC, won't work.
