Dear Guy
I'm a new in cisco phone.
Is there any way to set up the password on CP 7821?
it is not activated on CUCM(Device > Device Settings > Common Phone Profile).
Please let me know how to resolve it.

Hi Baek,
You will need to apply it on the Common phone profile only, there is no other option apart from using extension mobility

You can apply a password to the phone so that no changes can be made to the administrative options on the phone without password entry on the Administrator Settings phone screen.

No extra license is needed for this feature. If you have access to cucm admin page then follow steps 1-3 of my earlier email. Go to Device > Device Settings > Common Phone Profile > Click on Add New
Create a new profile , give it a name and a password in the Local Phone Unlock Password field. Then go to the 7821 phone and select this profile from the Common Phone Profile dropdown field on the 7821 phone config page and reset the phone.
