We have just installed Arc Ops consoles. When an external call is put through to a user who is not at his desk, and the user then returns to his phone he sees missed call. A CTI RP is showing on the phone and so the user hits redial. Is there a way you can show either 0 as the operator or the CTI QUeue number so that it comes back to the Ops grp. We are running 6.1.3 CUCM

This is working as expected..I believe i is actually the CTI-Port number that is showing because these are used to xfer calls. I think you can use the external Phone number mask..to change the mask of the DN..You can use the operator's number here. See if this helps

Thanks, yeah correct it is the CTI port number, so by changing the mask the queue number here to say 0 for operator or call queue number this will be shown as missed call. Thanks, will try this idea.
