Hello
One of our client is having ARC Enterprise Server and Console ver 4.x and it is integrated with Call Manager 4.x.
Customer is upgrading Call Manager to the latest version 11.0 and question is, will ARC Enterprise Server and Console ver 4.x support Call Manager ver 11.0 or not ? I am looking for ARC Enterprise Server Datasheet but I couldn't find one.
Can any body share knowledge here please.

You're probably better off asking Arc - but I suspect the answer will be that it's not supported.

I don't think the 4 would as I remembers we had to upgrade it to 6 when we move away from
