Are the Cisco phones 8861 and 8865 compatible with Cisco unified call manager 4.3?

Its a question from my customer but as 4.3 went EOL a few years ago I can't see any compatibility matrix to check

No, they're not, new devices are not added to EOL/EOS releases.

Talk to your customer and tell them that it’s time to get into this millennium. It beyond me how can they still run such a critical system as phone services on a so outdated and unsupported version.
