The customer wants to use 10 lines/extensions on 7861 on CME 12.0
is it possible to configure multiple lines/extension on CME?

Yes - so in CME - you'd have a configuration like this to setup the number:
voice register dn X
number xxx
Then to link with the phone:
voice register pool Y
id mac ####.####.#### (MAC of phone)
type 7861
number Z dn X
Z above represents line number Z for the phone; X represents the voice register dn which is being assigned to the button - you can use this to assign multiple lines to the phone.

Simple answer, yes you can setup multiple directory numbers on a device in CME. Read the documentation for how to do it.
