Assigne multiple devices to same user - cme 10.5

i can not find any guide to make this happen, i want to assign to one user, multiple sip or sccp phones, is this possible?

I am not sure,
We need the user to have the same extension i.e. 102 on the softphone (jabber or other sip softphone), on the ip phone and on the PC.

In this case, you are looking for shared DN. You can configure the shared-dn option under voice register dn then assign the DN to multiple voice register pools. This will make all phones with same DN to ring at same time.

i want two register pools with the same user and password, i have this voice register pool:

voice register pool  1
 pin 1234
 id mac xyza.0000.0000
 number 1 dn 2
 dtmf-relay rtp-nte
 username 102 password ariel
 codec g711ulaw

when i try to set the same user to another vrp, i got this:

ALX-SPIAD(config)#voice register pool  8
ALX-SPIAD(config-register-pool)# pin 1234
ALX-SPIAD(config-register-pool)# id mac 0000.0000.abcd
ALX-SPIAD(config-register-pool)# number 1 dn 2
ALX-SPIAD(config-register-pool)# dtmf-relay rtp-nte
ALX-SPIAD(config-register-pool)# username 102 password ariel
Username 102 is in use by pool 1 already.

How Can i set the same user a to diferent voice register pool?

Is this a 3rd Party SIP phone. 3rd party phones can have single user only.

voice register pool  16 //for IP Phone
 pin 1234
 id mac B07D.47C1.80F9
 type DX650
 number 1 dn 3
 dtmf-relay rtp-nte
 voice-class codec 1
 username percy password P3rcY.
 camera
 video

when i try to set on pool 16 the same user of the pool 2, this is what i have

ALX-SPIAD(config)#voice register pool  16         
ALX-SPIAD(config-register-pool)#username 103 password P3rcY.
Username 103 is in use by pool 2 already

How can i configure the same for both Pools?

For 3rd party SIP, you can't share the same user with multiple pools

If both phones are Cisco, then command will be taken. I don't see the type command under the voice register pool therefore I assumed both are 3rd party endpoints.

Please put the type command and share the results.

What you are trying to achieve? You can configure the same username under multiple ephones and voice reigster pools.
