I've only just started receiving these QM Notifications this morning
QM2002
Message: The phone with MAC address jsmith-8350 on 10.150.1.249 (SFAP10AQM.local) is not associated with the JTAPI user.
Action: Associate the phone with the QM JTAPI user.

I've checked the the phone she's logged onto, and it's configured for call recording, along with her user device profile. Then go into Application User, QM_Recorder and the phone is controlled and her profile also.
The only change is this user is on another phone "that's not configured for contact centre" but that shouldn't matter since the users all user extension mobility.
Any ideas on where to check next?
