I have a T1 CAS that for some reason we cannot dial out of. I have tested timers, performed debugs (which show successfull call) and not much is helping me locate the problem.
I have another that works fine...
The problem T1 send the call, but a telco error message is heard, stating the call cannot be completed
Telco gave us a trace...

They are saying the problem is due to the 2 "Term_Dial_Tone" that we, the originator, are sending them.
They tested on the same channel, going in the same direction, but calling from the front side of the router, basically in front of the router so that the router is not in the picture. The router is a 3825
This is the controller config
controller T1 0/1/0
cablelength long 0db
ds0-group 0 timeslots 1-18 type e&m-wink-start dtmf dnis
ds0-group 1 timeslots 21-24 type e&m-wink-start dtmf dnis
I am at a complete loss!!!
Thanks for any help
Mike
