ATA 112 loses configuration

[SC4111]

Hi

  I have been a happy user of a SPA 112 for several months without any issues.  All of a sudden, my ATA has started to lose it's configuration.  It's as if it factory resets itself

  I have updated to the latest firmware (1.43) and restored config, but it never sticks for longer than a few hours.

  Has anyone else faced this issue ?  Any tips ?

Hello,

You may try to save the configuration and then restart it, to verify that the config is actually saved and there is no other issue . If the problem persists then you will need to consider replacing the device with a new one.
