We are currently looking to upgrade from 7.1.3 to 8.5 and have quite a few ATA 186's deployed. The compatibility matrix stops at 8.0, and I was just wondering if anyone currently has ATA 186's deployed with Call Man. 8.5, and if there are any problems.

I have 8.5(1) in a lab and while I don't have an ATA-186 hooked up to it right now I can say that the phone definition is there and that the phone firmware is set to ATA030204SCCP090202A which is the same as CUCM 7.1(5) and CUCM 8.0. Chances are very good that it should register just fine.
