Hi,
The MAC address that appears when I browse to an ATA 186 by http://ip_address/dev
is totally different from the MAC address that is factory printed on the bottom of the box! Why is it so and which one is the REAL mac address? Thanks.....

The real MAC address is the one that you see on the switch, or in the arp tables.
Check if matches, maybe your unit came with a wrong label sticker.
