ATA 186 Play promt "Configuration menu Enter Menu number followed by the pound key

Hello Expert I have  problem with ATA 186 , during the call conversation sometimes we are hearing this promt "Configuration menu Enter Menu number followed by the pound key. What could be problem.I can not open cas TAC because ata end of support 30th sep 2015

Either someone/something is knocking the button on top of the ATA, or the button itself it faulty.
