Here is setup scenario:
Provider ---> SIP ---> CUBE ---> SIP ---> Call manager ---> ATA 187
Working with landlines everything works OK.
From mobile networks outbound calls from ATA work fine but inbound calls can't be established - mobile user keeps hearing that phone is ringing and call can't be setup. ATA user took phone offhook but can't hear mobile user.
Does anybody knows how to change tone parameters on ATA 187 box? I found this parameters here:

I tried with changing offhook/onhook timers and only one time setup was OK but all other tries failed...
