ATA 187 tftp issue

Hello, Friends!

As everybody here, I have couple of problems with my ATA 187. I have connected ATA into my network, it gets the correct IP address, I have access to it's web-interface, but it has wrong tftp address: 10.10.24.2

Along with this ATA I have couple of Cisco IP phones in the same network, and they are getting correct tftp addreses.

Can anybody help me with this question?

P.S. No idea where it learns this 10.10.. address, it was new and I don't have this subnet at my network at all.

Finally, I cracked it! The problem was with the DHCP server, it wasn't cisco and seems to me, it has some different type of option 150, so ATA 187 didn't understand it (although cisco phones are alright with it).

What you can do it this situation:

1. Perform hard reset of your ATA, throw it's built in IVR

If it wouldn't help:

2. Throw the same IVR you can configure the address of TFTP server manually.

If option ip 150 and correct vlan is in place, then ATA should conact to cme or cucm in order to download its tftp files.
