ATA 187 unregistered in CME 9.0

I got cisco ATA 187 (for fax) and try to configure it on CME 9.0 but it not registred on CME.

ATA platform : APP187.9-2-3-1

Is your registrar expiration set?  Try using the below.  This is a common oversight with CME and SIP.

 

registrar server expires max 1200 min 300

 

Also, make sure you are re-creating your profile just in case something got messed up.

Have you checked the ATA187 got correct IP and TFTP server?

Go to web site (http://ATA187's IP) and check a status.

It will give you all current IP assignment, call manager and status of registration.

Also, make sure you have correct configuration file, ATA[MAC-address].cnf.xml

for the sample configuration file.

Try adding username and password under voice register pool 1

 

voice register pool 1

username ATA187 password test

 

Also, please post the following debugs "debug tftp events" and "debug ccsip messages"
