Since upgrading to CUCM 14, my ATA 190s can't register. Watching a packet capture, they download their config from the TFTP server fine, but then just sit there and don't attempt to contact a subscriber to register.
All my other ATAs (186,187 & 191s) are fine.
Any thoughts?

Hi Gordon,
i have test some cases with the ATA. If i disabel the mixedmode in the Callmanager the ATA will register.
Kind Regads

Hi Gordon,
did you try the following steps?
1. go to the "phone security configuration" in non-working ATA190 and change transport setting from "TCP+UDP" or "UDP" to TCP only, this will force the ATA 190 to use TCP for CUCM communications. Although both TCP and UDP transport protocols should work, there can be intermediate security devices are doing something different for SIP over UDP and TCP.
2. Update the CTL file in the Cluster by running the below command from the CLI - utils ctl update CTLfile
3. Once the CTL file is updates, kindly restart the below services

The easiest resolve it to downgrade firmware of ATA back to pre 14 release and then do a factory reset on the ATA to get it too register
