ATA 190 Hookflash for Hold/Transfer...

Hi Guys,

We are starting to now use the ATA 190 for a basic cordless phone in our sites as the ATA 187 are end of sale...

I have an issue where one these 190's that hold (hookflash) is no working. If I repeatable press it, it will work about 1 out of 20 presses. Back when were using the ATA187's, I had to modify the Offhook Validation Timer to 50 & the Onhook Validation Timer to 75 to get it to work however this does not resolve it for the ATA 190's etc...

Any ideas for troubleshooting?

Trial and error to get it working;

Offhook validation : 50

Onhook validation : 70 

Hookflash timer : 300 

On-hook Delay Timer : 0

Cant fault it so far :)
