Those are product SKUs, not license terms. If you're referring to the UCL public space license (now deprecated) it simply meant a phone that wasn't associated to a human. There used to be a discounted price for public space devices which has now been eliminated. An 8831 phone simply consumes a UCL Enhanced license.

Thanks for quick response. I was wondering if i can get the detailed explanation of each line. Because whenever we approcah vendor for phone quotation along with license and standard support, this is how we get the quote. So many line items. Most of the lines have quantiy mentioned more than 1, but the amount would be 0. Its bit difficult to understand.
