ATA 190 is not giving any dial tone and No outgoing

Hello,

I have an issue with ATA 190 is not giving any dail tone .I am able to get incoming line ringing but No out going .

Can anyone help us on this please ?

Hi Batsa,

What is the ATA firmware and cucm version?

Are there other working ATA's in the setup? if yes, can you try swapping a working and non working ATA and see if the issue follows the port or the ATA.

Please share a screenshot ATA from cucm.
