ATA 190 Version 1.2.2(003) CMCU System version: 12.5.1.12900-115.
connected to CM without issue, can dial internal, external, and receive calls. The unit will not provide any dial tone.

Dialing works as desired, inbound, outbound, internal. All work, but there is no dialtone played when going off hook.

They dialed a 9 to get tone.
