Hi,
I have a franking machine that doesn't work after an upgrade from CUCM version 7 with an ATA 186 box to CUCM version 10.5, now connected to an ATA190 box.
I know that the difference on the Cisco side is that ATA 190 is using SIP but could that be the only reason why the communication fails when the franking machine is trying to use an outside line to download updates?
Is there any options that need to be changed?

With the ATA190s, CCMAdmin defaults to having fax relay enabled. Turn this off. Also, make sure you're using the very latest firmware.

Still same problem , no connection :(
I have changed to "Fax Pass-through" on the device in CallManager , is that what you meant?
