ATA191 - unable to boot

Hi everybody

I'm facing strange behavior with ATA 191 - LEDs phone1, phone2 and PRT lights green consistently from the moment power supply plugged in. no traffic observed on WAN port and no LED indication when Ethernet cable plugged-in. 

Reset using paper clip for 10sec - doesn't affect

Models name: ATA191-3PW-K9

Any thoughts how to recover the unit?

You can connect an analogue phone and do some setting though IVR menu.

When you connect the ata to network on Switch side, does it show port  UP ? if not i would suggest an RMA.
