Hi ,

I need to know the difference between Cisco Unified Attendant Console Advanced Version 10.5.2 and Arc Pro Attendant Console?

Both supports 10.0 . Is Arc still a supported solution for Cisco Attendant Console ?

We don't have any documentation on that, you'd need to review the datasheet and documentation of each product to know the differences they have, yes, you can use Arc as attendant console if you wish.
