I have an audio issue on inbound and outbound calls that are placed on copper trunks.
I have 8 copper trunks connected to my 2911.
here is a config of the copper trunks.
voice-port 0/1/0
echo-cancel coverage 64
non-linear mute
no vad
no comfort-noise
connection plar 3299
description Analog XXX-XXX-XXXX
caller-id enable
The called party can not hear the calling party very well.
Thanks
Keith

Hi,
Try to check this:
1) Use a analog phone to check copper Trunk lines (they are called FXO lines), maybe the problem is not the 2911 router. If that doesn't work follow the next step:
2) Remove all this command:
no echo-cancel coverage 64
no non-linear mute
vad
comfort-noise
connection plar 3299
description Analog XXX-XXX-XXXX
caller-id enable
Regards
