Audio issue on WebEx conference calls over IP Phone

Hello, and thank you in advance for taking time to review my issue.  We are having issues w/ lack of audio over ip phone, into  WebEx conference calls.  I'm assuming it's something to do w/ our settings somewhere, and not on the WebEx side.  Anyone run into this, or know where I should be checking for issues, to correct them?  Thank you...

I'd like to add that I can call in at the same time with a cell phone, and have no issues...
