Hi,
I need an urgent help. We have audio issues when we transfer the calls. Both the caller are unable to hear each other. Also when we transfer the call, no MOH during the calls were on hold. It was working earlier.
Version - CUCM 7.1.3.

Hi,
Try to restart IP Voice Media Streaming Application Service in all servers.
I suggest to review the configuration of media resources.

But we are facing no audio on all the calls now.

I remember, CUCM invokes MTP during the call transfer. MTP is also controlled by IP voice Media Straming Application.

Now we have issues with no audio for even a direct calls. Any idea what can we do?

Check the network connectivity.
Try to call from two phones in the same VLAN and check if still you have the problem.
