Audio "Sorry" "Not available" Unity Connection V11

Good day

One question, I have one cluster Unity Connection version 11 integrated with Skinny ports with CUCM Cluster, 

and I have one problem with the System Call Handlers with extension, I call to CTI extension 5101 and sound

"Sorry"  ----> "My Personal Recording" ----->" Not available"

My personal recording in one archive .wav and sound good and permit tranfer the call the only fail is that before sound "Sorry" and finish " Not available"

this failure only happens with personal recordings

some idea of the problem?

You recorded/uploaded the audio as the recorded name, not as a greeting.

You're supposed to record your name there, so you hear "Sorry, John Doe, is not available"

You need to get the audio you want as a greeting.
