One question, I have one cluster Unity Connection version 11 integrated with Skinny ports with CUCM Cluster,
and I have one problem with the System Call Handlers with extension, I call to CTI extension 5101 and sound
"Sorry" ----> "My Personal Recording" ----->" Not available"
My personal recording in one archive .wav and sound good and permit tranfer the call the only fail is that before sound "Sorry" and finish " Not available"
this failure only happens with personal recordings
some idea of the problem?
