Hi everyone, I'm new in Cisco IP Telephony. I have facing some problem when i setting up auto attendant service.
I'm running cumce with cisco 2911. When I call from outside (mobile phone) to my internal number xxxxxx7325, it will forward to auto attendant number 2001, so when i select transfer the call to reception by pressing 0 in the menu, the reception phone 1018 is ringing. So the problem is when i end the call from my mobile phone, the reception phone is continue ringing.

I also have try supervisory disconnect anytone and battery reversal command.Also cant.
If let say i direct set the call forward to reception number 1008, and I end the call from mobile phone, the reception will stop ringing & have no problem.
