Hi everyone, I'm new in Cisco IP Telephony. I have facing some problem when i setting up auto attendant service.

I'm running cumce with cisco 2911. When I call from outside (mobile phone) to my internal number xxxxxx7325, it will forward to auto attendant number 2001, so when i select transfer the call to reception by pressing 0 in the menu, the reception phone 1018 is ringing. So the problem is when i end the call from my mobile phone, the reception phone is continue ringing.

Here my configuration:

interface SM1/0
 ip unnumbered GigabitEthernet0/1
 service-module ip address 192.168.10.3 255.255.255.0
 !Application: CUE Running on SM

I also have try supervisory disconnect anytone and battery reversal command. Also cant.

If let say i direct set the call forward to reception number 1008, and I end the call from mobile phone, the reception will stop ringing & have no problem.

Hope someone can help me on this issue. Thanks.

Seems to be an issue with the supervisory disconnect not working correctly on the FXO port. When the issue happens, can you take an output for "show voice call summ" and "show voice port summ" ? Also, are you aware what sort of a disconnect does your Telco use for these analog lines ? Ensure that the cptone is correct and should be what you have configured.
In addition, add the following -

voice-port x/y/z
supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call
timeout call-disconnect 3
timeout wait-release 3
shut
no shut
