Auto attendent issue in Cisco unity connection

Hi Guys,

  AA greeting working fine. but when try to  transfer call when press 0 to operator it is not working.

Its giving error "Sorry this number don't answerr.

Please let me know any needed to be done.

Are you able to transfer to whatever number you have your operator at??

What is 0 caller input mapped to? How is that mailbox setup (send to greeting or transfer)? Is the extension defined in proper partition on CUCM?
