B-ACD AA not answer Codec G711ALAW

Hi, everyone!

We are trying to deploy CME with B-ACD AA for CME, the carrier only provides us the codec G711alaw so we have use this codec for all dial-peer configuration.

when call to the B-ACD AA pilot we can not hear the prompt, but the option dial-by-extension and press 0 to operator work. 

Does exist a command or option that make this AA works with codec G711ALAW?

note: Local extensions can hear the prompt when i configure the codec G711ULAW on dial-peer for B-ACD AA pilot

Hi.

you can reencode the welcome prompt selecting a-law codec.

Is your provider an isdn or  a sip one?

Please also post the output of a “debug voice application script” while calling from outside.
