B-ACD "No Option Selected" Timer

Hi Guys,

I need to reduce the time between the end of Welcome Prompt message and the transfer the call to a Operator Hunt Group.

I better explain my need:

I have B-ACD system working fine, with 1 Queue and 2 AA.

Each AA has its Welcome Message that is played when call reaches its pilot number, and if caller select one of option number proposed by the message, call is transfer fine to Hunt group associated with option number selected.

The welcome message registered by my client, after proposing the option number, says to caller to wait to be connected to an operator, and if the caller doesn't select any option the call is transfer fine to operator phone. 

My problem is that  from the end of welcome message and the moment which the call is transfered to the operator (and the caller hear the MoH), caller hear about 60 seconds of silence, and many callers don't wait all this time and hang up the call.

There is a way to reduce the time between this two events?

I have recorded the file _options_menu.au with 2 seconds of silence as cisco indication and saved it in the flash.
